Terms — Famlo
Last updated:
These terms govern the use of the public Famlo website and the waitlist signup. The Famlo application itself is governed separately by the in-app terms.
Scope
These terms apply to anyone who visits the Famlo website or signs up to the waitlist. By signing up, you accept these terms.
Service
Signing up to the waitlist does not create a right to an account, a specific launch date, or any specific feature. We reserve the right to determine the order of invitations based on operational considerations.
Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, except for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual duties or from harm to life, body, or health. Liability beyond that is excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to the address held in your waitlist entry, at least six weeks before they take effect.
Governing law & jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Munich, to the extent permitted by law.
